Awful, awful company. NEVER, EVER RENT FROM ACE OR NIFTY. The reservation said unlimited miles. After I took a cab to their scary rental location on Poydras, I was informed that unless you have a round trip airline ticket to and from New Orleans, you only get 125 miles and then you are charged per mile. IT DID NOT SAY THIS IN THE RENTAL ADVERTISEMENT. Do not try to save a few dollars by using this cut rate, awful company and stick with the national rental companies.Avis laissé le 4 oct. 2022

The Manager was rude. She was not clear on the insurance policy. She did not have very good customer service skills. I had to go with another rental coming after taking a Lyft to pick up rental. The car was a wreck - scratches, torn upholstery and the engine light came one. Called to report it and was told that it was a “known” issue. The best thing about the rental was that the AC and the brakes worked. Also the staff was very friendly.Avis laissé le 23 avr. 2022

In fine print, they only allow 150 miles a day if you don't have an airline ticket. Don't try to hid that with unlimited mileage on website. Use Hertz from now on. Ridiculous customer service and atmosphere. Run....Avis laissé le 10 déc. 2021
