I liked the attendant at the Dallas location she was pleasant. When my rental car( Dodge Durango) had low coolant and was over heating AVR replaced it after I spent 3 hours of my vacation time asking them to. The replacement was a 2008 Kia Sedona that looked like it’s been through the ringer. It was not vacuumed and the seats looked like the car was driven by a mechanic. the seats were all stained. I will not recommend AVR to anyone that needs a reliable clean vehicle.Avis laissé le 29 sept. 2022

I waited 2 hrs for the airport pick up, finally gave up and took UBER to AVR. When I got there I was informed that there would be a late penalty because I wasn't there 2 hours ago. Then they said they had no van available for me. I was stranded 2 miles from the airport in a run down industrial park. I will NEVER rent from AVR again and will be very suspicious of KAYAK for associating with them!!Avis laissé le 18 mars 2022

No van to be had at all when I arrived to pick up. “Oh, you booked through Priceline” they said. Also went on to mention the commercial insurance I would need if they did have a van while I looked for other options.Avis laissé le 16 mars 2022

Placed a reservation online but when I called for a pick up at the airport I was met with a less than friendly clerk and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. After being placed on hold a third time because they could not find my reservation I just gave up.Avis laissé le 6 nov. 2021
