National driving license not accepted. Changing the booking to another driver with an international license was problematic as the staff lied that it was not valid. After a long time they made a new booking with double the price.Avis laissé le 9 avr. 2023

They were closed when we arrived to pick up the car. They leave their office before the last flight comes in. Then they argued with us the next day blaming us for poor planning but couldn’t answer my question as to what we should have done differently. Ended up not picking up car. Will never go with budget again and absolutely will recommend to everyone I know to not rent with them either. Terrible customer service!Avis laissé le 31 mars 2023

They only had a Prius available and since we were traveling with a small dog for 8 days it wouldn’t work for us we had to pay an extra $15 a day to move to a Toyota Camry which was not really clean and needed the tires balanced because the steering wheel vibrated. Otherwise we would have to wait at the airport for a minimum of 3 hours for another vehicle.Avis laissé le 14 oct. 2021

Long wait at Flagstaff for car. Windows dirty. Tank not quite full. Kia Optima was one of the best cars I have ever driven. So quite I had to look at tach to see if it was running. Excellent drop off at Albuquerque, about 3 minutes. Overall good deal, after I spent 2 days trying to clean car and windows so I could see out.Avis laissé le 22 sept. 2021

They made me sit in the aiport for over 1 hour while they "found" and prepared the car that I had reserved for 9am. What's worse, they were extremely rude, took no responsibility, and tried to blame it on me! I will never book with Budget again.Avis laissé le 31 août 2021

Points positifs :Staff fixed the issue but had to be insistentPoints négatifs :Budget allows you to reserve cars for 1pm and later at the 1426 E Rte 66 Ste 101, Flagstaff, AZ 86001 location, and when you arrive at the airport they will tell you that this location closes at 1pm, therefore you will have to rent your car from the airport with a +25% airport fee. In my opinion that's downright fraudulent. You should not be allowed to reserve a car for a time that does not exist, essentially forcing you to rent from the airportAvis laissé le 3 juill. 2021

Points positifs :Friendly staff. Easy drop off. Good gas mileage for an SUV. Clean vehicle.Points négatifs :It was supposed to be filled up but was only at 1/4 tank. Had to go back so they could fill it. Still wasn't filled completely. Lots of scratches to outside of vehicle, including vandalism of the paint job. Was supposed to seat 7, with luggage.
