Price was reasonable, they didn’t have the car size we requested, upgraded to a much larger vehicle which is not a great deal on an island with very narrow streets hard to find parking and expensive gas. The vehicle was an older model which was well cleaned but did have several exterior bruises which were accounted for, no problem there. The location when returning the car was a bit tricky to find. The car we rented was in poor shape..broken mirrors, loose floor mats, dents and scratches galore. Ants in the back seat. But easy pickup up and drop off and convenient airport shuttle.Avis laissé le 22 janv. 2023

Our first rental, a Ford Fiesta, broke down on us two days in. It was very easy to get a tow that night and a taxi back to our residence, but we had to taxi to pick up the new rental the next morning as their shuttles didn't run to the overlook. This was very smooth, and our replacement vehicle was an upgrade. A minor hiccup, but otherwise a great experience with no other issues! We were surprised to see what they are renting out to people. There were scratches dents and scapes peeling paint and the rear view mirror fell off. When the rental agent handed us the keys she said be gentle with your opinion of our rentals. Was embarrassed to drive it - but later we saw many like cars on the island. We asked about an upgrade- one wiithout all the dents and scratches was $500 a day. The one we rented was $120 a day. Did anyone else have similar experience?Avis laissé le 28 déc. 2021

Bad experience. Ended up without a car for the week since insurance. Was not provided as it indicated in the ad and economy nor kayak did not sell insurance. I was told to go buy my own insurance. WTFAvis laissé le 18 déc. 2021

The car was a wreck. Every indicator light was on. The bumpers were coming off. The seatbelts and wipers did not work. The inside was a disaster. But this was our only choice. I will never rent from them again.Avis laissé le 5 août 2021

stay away. after 45min painful check in process, car had 3 warning lights when delivered: flat tire, no abs, and check engine! car had exterior damage. and surprise deposit required which was not disclosed during booking.Avis laissé le 25 juill. 2021
