Like??? Nothing!!! They didn't have the van I ordered. Were absolutely no help in trying to resolve the issue. Gave me an 800 number to talk to a robo-machine! Hertz pick up location agent was NOT helpful. When I arrived he told me he had NO car for me to rent. I was able to get a vehicle only because of my luck and ability to work things out. A customer showed up to return a vehicle and I suggested to the agent he let me take that car. He allowed me to take the car without a full tank of gas and a dirty interior. I purposely rented a van for space. During my flight to Birmingham, I had a voicemail left telling me that my confirmed van was not available. They "upgraded" me to a smaller vehicle and one with worse gas mileage. Caused me a lot of hassle due to the smaller size. I rented a van because I needed the space and would be carrying items. I would not have used Hertz if I had known a van was not an option. What's the point of a confirmation when it's actually not confirmed????Avis laissé le 8 août 2022
